answer each traveling question and request ad hoc. In an attempt
to help you answer questions concerning weather, culture and many
other topics, we have included links to some terrific sources
of information on websites maintained by experts in these fields.
For travel books about Chile we recommend Amazon with key search
words: Chile, travel
If you are looking for Chilean Literature to read before your
trip look for the novelist Jose Donoso or for the poets Pablo
Neruda "Il Postino" and Nicanor Parra.
Also we recommend Sara Wheeler's "A thin Country",
Bruce Chatwin's "In Patagonia", and for a spirited historical
novel Isabel Allende's "House of Spirits".
".cl" is the Internet suffix for Chile. To date there
is no commercial derivation.
